Ahmed Ben Hariz
Mr. Ben Hariz is a graduate of the University of Garyounes-Benghazi, Libya with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law 1996. For more than 23 years, Ahmed Ben Hariz has delivered effective legal representation to businesses and individuals in Libya. His practice concentrates primarily on corporate matters, and commercial business transactions, from preparing and negotiating agreements to follow through and successful deal closure.
In addition to handling the firm’s trial and appellate practice, he has extensive experience with medical, legal, and other professional malpractice claims.
Mr. Ben Hariz provides legal support for clients in areas ranging from personal injury to employment litigation in both civil and administrative areas. His professional activities include active participation as a former board member of the Benghazi Bar Association and an active member of the Libyan Bar Association.
Muatsam Elagrbi
Mr. Elagrbi is a 2002 graduate of The University of Garyounes - Benghazi, Libya with a Bachelors's Degree in Law. In 2013, he obtained his Master's Degree in Law from The University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill, United States of America.
Muatsam has worked for the law office of Ben Hariz since 2003 as an associate attorney and advancing to a senior lawyer with the firm.
Muatsam legal experience extends across many areas of practice; he assists business entities and their principles with a wide range of general business issues, including entity formation, and mergers and acquisitions. Muatsam is fluent in English that makes foreign employers feel more comfortable in representing them in Libya.
Muatsam practice also includes representing clients in employment law areas. He regularly provides preemptive consultation to employers, helping employers implement personal policies, comply with the Libyan Employment Law.
